In last time declines ratio is over 80%, moreover they do not process mastercard.

Also, Chronopay requires an EU corp even for its 3PP solution. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of business do you do -- is it considered "high risk" for credit card processing needs, or regular e-commerce? What's the monthly volume like, or planning to be like?

Outside of ChronoPay, maybe 2CO may be an option for you? It is not a direct merchant account and instead a 3PP business model but they have been around for awhile.

Are you a startup business? Or do you make lets say 2 G a month?

If you're a startup with low volume doing low-risk (not pharma, casino, adult etc), I think 2CO may be an option for you.

Try 2CO, Paypal, Plimus or Digital River payment gateways. They are pretty good for non-US, non-EU businesses. If you still want to go with merchant account, consider moving business to the US or EU.

Why not check the Belize banks like Provident Bank & Trust (www.providentbelize.com)? They provide merchant account solutions. Being a Belize corp, you could process through a local bank directly and even have an account there for receiving settlements quickly.

Yes, it's a licensed bank in Belize, has its own SWIFT BIC code (PRVTBZBSXXX according to www.swift.com), and yes, they really turned up the flashiness on their latest site design. But it's definitely real.

I know that optimal payments is good, you may want to try them for this. I don't know if they have an office in Belize but you can try.
