Hello all,

does anyone think that a line below post count, showing posts per day would be a good idea? or perhaps a icon to show <1 1-2 2-3 3+ posts per day?

I think its fine just being able to click profile to get that info.

As much talk gets done about Total Posts; I'd just as soon that was only available by checking someone's profile as well.

I sure agree with you there, seems some just post to get their post count as high as possible. Do they feel more important? Personally I see such people as pests more than having a grand status.

And it would be far easier for infinite to click profile than for admin to implement what he/she was suggesting. Why would you be so interested anyway? I have more to do with my time to bother with what someone's post count is or see how many posts Joe Blow makes in a day. :yawn:

That is a great idea. I, personally, like to chat and post a fair number of responses to hosting requests. It is a bit offensive to think that people feel I post simply to boost my count, nothing could be further from the truth.

whats the big deal about who posts most anyway ?

How about an option in the control panel to hide the post count? Similar to the hide signature option?

Your saying teh number of posts you have makes no difference and still you want to change so post counts don't get shown.
