I don't want people spamming their own stuff. I want you to share sites you find truely useful and that you visit frequently, maybe tell us a little bit about the site and why/how often you visit it :D

Some of mine are:

WHT - tons of active users and interesting discussions

Sitepoint.com - Lots of great tech related articles and also a nice discussion board

Google - reasons are obvious :D

I normally have a Google window open most of the time.

webhostingtalk.com -- This site has taught me a lot about web hosting and the web hosting industry.

deja.com (now groups.google.com) -- This is one of the most useful sites to me. I've found more answers here than anywhere else.

freshmeat.net -- Since I use Linux exclusively, this is a good place to look for Linux apps.

ebay.com -- I buy stuff here from time to time. You can find great deals.

pricewatch.com -- This is a great site to look for places to buy computer hardware.

dict.org -- Most people seem to use dictionary.com to look up words, but I use this site instead.

I'm sure there's more sites that I find useful, but I can't think of any right now.
