Hi. I see "coded" and "uncoded" words on Design
Offers page of WHT. What is this mean?

Coded means they have been converted into HTML (or into a platform that your server can translate into HTML) and only require content to be complete.

Uncoded means you're getting images only. You do the coding yourself or hire someone to do it :)

Couldn't have explained it any better myself, the_pm!
Most designers will give you a layered .PSD file (Adobe Photoshop), that you can easily edit if you have Photoshop installed, after which you can move to the next step, which is indeed going from that source file to an actual website (with contents), that can be viewed in your internet browser.
