Basically looking for an alternative to Angry Zibber IPScan on Windows. Looking for something that will scan a range and report percentage of usage and stats usage stats about blocks that I scan.

I'm looking to do my first initial IPv4 request to ARIN so I am trying to get something to export usage reports of IP blocks with percentage usage and more than IPScan gives (i know I can just divide the used IPs by the total IPs to get percent :p).

Anyone know of other similar IP usage software either on Windows or *NIX (Linux preferred)?
