(Required) Comments: A bit pricey but if you have a license with the 30% refugee discount you can get the lite license (5 staff only) at 100. Very customizable, the modules works greats (I added my server status and the rss news from ClientExec with no problem). Clean Interface, user friendly, very easy to manage but very powerfull.

Wonderdesk isn't too shabby. We did a fair bit of hacking to gear it towards what we wanted it to be able to do it but we like it a lot.

How come there's not support ticket on the control panel that you are using??? I vote for the one I wrote, lol ! :)

Comments: Ease of use, integrable, and live chat. It is VERY expensive in my opinion, but worth every penny. I also have to agree with ServerVina, support staff is somewhat slow, but as always they fix the problem at hand.

Rating /10: 10/10
Comments: Very easy to use, incredible support staff, they add requested features in a timely manner, it can be used for more than one website. Bugs are fixed immediately not weeks. I would never dream of using a different solution, the price is very fair. Most importantly will be its seamless integration with Saeven|SAE accounting/billing solution. It also integrates with others such as ubersmith and modernbill.

Pro: Has features that kayako or cereberus lacks like easy upload of screenshots on knowledgebase, showing related articles in knowledgebase, showing matching support tickets(along with kb matches) while viewing a ticket. Branding free.

Con: Customer user interface could *look* better.
