Currently I'm being hosted using H-Sphere and I really like H-Sphere. So I don't know enough about Cpanel. I used to be hosted on a Cpanel but that was a few years ago and Cpanel has changed since then.
So I need to ask on a few features that H-Sphere has and whether or not Cpanel have as well.

1.Does Cpanel have Domains, Sub-Domains and Domain aliasing support? In H-Sphere you can add different domain name aliases for one account. It's a feature that I like cause I have 2 domain name for my site.

2.Bandwidth measurement for sub-domains. Again something I like as it allows me to track how much bandwidth my domain uses.

3.Web option where you can set throttle policy to manage bandwidth limits for domain and sub-domain. A very important feature for me. Does Cpanel have that?

yes, and more - and check cpanel.net for more info. Just give it 1 to 2 weeks to get used to - and make sure it is updated.

Well, I don't see anything for point 2 and 3.

Short answer:

Yes, CPanel handles both 2 and 3.

They are somewhat new features, and I can't guarantee all the kinks are ironed out, but that functionality is definitely supported.

While cpanel does indeed have those features - I think it's worth while to mention that not all of them are available from the "user" control panel. Some of them (like domain aliasing) have to be done from whm - so you'd need to either have a reseller account with access to whm - get your host to do it - or have a dedicated server.

I've been inform that you can't set bandwidth throttle policy on sub domains with Cpanel 4.9. Is this true?

Parked and addon domain functions are a new feature just added to cpanel. It will depend on your host if it is currently available to the end users but its a great feature. Park domains are like what you were asking about above where you can have more than one domain name pointed to your site. Addon domains are a new way to point a different URL to a subdomain folder giving the options to have multiple domains running from a single account.
It used to be that the only way to do it was through a master WHM but in the newest builds the end users own CP can do it.

I havent tried or tested the throttle stuff so cant comment on that yet.

So does that mean it's possible to set bandwidth throttle on sub-domains?
