Modernbill, Client Exec can both do this and is very cheap. I've setup each, not very hard. Dedicated/VPS is not needed. You can do this from a reseller account. However as someone mentioned above, some control panels offer this as standard. The best thing to do for us to answer your question in more details, is tell us what do you want. ie windows or linux etc, and we can then advise you further on what you need. After that, i'll want to create a website to resell hosting and domain names.
