I am not sure if this is David but I have been trying to get in touch with someone for three weeks now regarding a banner order I placed but have been unable to get back in touch with him.

This is in no way bashing BG, they did a good job and fast and David was very friendly we just seem to be having some type of communications issue and I need my banners :)
