Hello one of our guys is going back to college to finish his graphic arts degree and we need someone to work with us on a regular basis putting together some nice, professional templates for our customers. Here is what they must be and must not be.

1. No plain HTML templates.
2. No templates that are ripped from someone else and selling as your own. (one of a kind) I can do that myself. :)
3. No 150k files. They must be Fast loading.
4. Must be able to update templates to meet customers needs within 24-36 hours after sale.. We are not talking complete overhauls but new or additional buttons change in basic colors that kind of stuff.
5. We can pay by PayPal, Money Order, Company Check, Visa Mastercard, Wire transfer (if you pay the fees) We could even trade fo some bananas if you want?? :D
6. Fair priced work, We don't want you making $20 templates and going broke but on the other hand $200 templates don't always sell either.. The price range will vary from project to project.
7. No templates ripped from someone else and selling as your own. Oh did I mention that aready?? Good.

We don't have a ton of work right now but things seem to slow down until after school starts and business people get their kiddies back in to class.. We did about 10 sites in the past 2 months so it can come fairly regular.
