Does anyone use a software tool to build your menu in css?

If so which one.

CSS Tab Designer seemed pretty good. I downloaded it but did not have the spare time to play with it yet.

Ive been trying to design a css menu following a few tutorials but I always have some bugs.

I have a css website and a background image. I need to apply the menu to that and have a drop down of 3-6 items.

Could anyone recommend a good tut?

Maybe you can dynamicdrive, YUI, or w3school. All have pretty nice tutorials, and libaries.

Did you try to do a search for Eric Meyers CSS? Or check out the Zen Garden? I know there are some CSS Menus out there for demonstration and the code is usually free of charge. I have seen tutorials but cannot remember where I found them.
