Hello,

(I have attached an image of my current company structure for reference)
In a months time I am changing from running my business part time, to running it full time. I currently have no financial commitments so I feel its the best time for me to trial run it.
Now onto my question, I current have a business which operates a number of sites. Some of these are hosting brands (some would call them businesses in themselves) and some are just normal websites.

I am worried that diluting my resources like this will have an adverse affect on my customers, on either my budget hosting brand or premium hosting brand (see attached image). When I work full time on this I will be marketing our premium hosting brand.
Also I am curious if anyone else has a network of sites which includes normal websites and a hosting website too and how they deal with keeping them separate.
I have created business plans for each of the sites as well as a global plan for the company as a whole.

The reason I have the non-hosting sites and hosting sites are because I can market the hosting sites to the users of the non-hosting sites as it is a natural progression.

Also, who would I speak to regarding all of the questions I have in relation to the structure of the company?

Thanks in advance

Business lawyer or accountant would do. From what I've read it's best to separate assets to different companies and then pay the company for services like they were customers. This way, if one company is sued for whatever reason, the others don't get touched. This is the same principle of separating personal from business so your personal assets can't be touched in a lawsuit. I'm sure there are other advantages, taxes maybe, for separating them like you've described but besides separation of assets I can't think of any.
