I'm new to wht, so please, if this is in the wrong area, please either move it or let me know the right place

I am interested in selling my company but I want to go through a broker, I don't want to be bothered with speaking to a bunch of people that won't even meet the financial criteria. I imagine a broker will screen all this out (that's what they get their commission for) and I won't have to waste my time.

Does anyone have any brokers they recommend, or a place where I can find one?

Also, I'm not looking for just an impressive brokering site, the broker must be an actual physical location/company. We're asking around $500,000 (1 year gross) so I will not speak to just anyone that calls themself a broker. I need references, proof, and physical verification of the broker first.
