With the relaunch of Utopia Hosting services, we are hoping to offer design services for our hosting customers. Basically, I'm looking for an individual or company that would be willing to form a non formal partnership with us. This individual(s) would receive a high payout for doing design work for our customers and receive hosting accounts at a great discount for their established customers as well as commissions for those accounts

Example of how it could work: Customer Joe purchases a Utopia plan and needs his page designed. He adds on a design package (which includes X number of pages designed with X content areas) for $X. Utopia Hosting takes care of the billing and hands off the partner company or individual a percentage of the sale and forwards the design order.

We are currently looking at offering a 60/40 partnership (we would be keeping the 40 :)).

I've already received quite a few messages and do not wish to reply with details to all of you without first looking at a portfolio.

I do not want to sound lazy or mean, but please read my original post completely. That is the first step to selecting an established partner for my clients. I need someone who is able to follow directions to a t and is willing to cooperate to accomplish a task. If you (and I mean readers of this thread in general) can't do this now, then I can't expect you to do this when/if we become partners.

but anyway, I have worked on a variety of projects and sites.......and between my current involvements I build sites whenever I can...

currently I am trying to specialise in things like: CSS, XHTML, web standards, accessibility etc....in order to create sites that are backward and forward compatible, easier to maintain and well structured....
