The vBulletin license is active and eligible for transfer. :)

However, at this time we cannot verify any IPB licenses, or any IPS software. What some users have done in the past is contacted IPS through the members' center asking if they can transfer their license, and then screenshot that. But we cannot confirm nor deny any IPS software. Please remember to proceed with extra caution.
