Verotel is a stable company, they have been in business for many years now and are specialized in the Adult biz, I do not think they deal with any thing else then Adult.

I heard that there is some connection between them and a Dutch company called Cybermedia which also deal with Bestiality, Rape and other Adult stuff, do not ask me what it is that connect them, it's just something I read on several other boards for some years ago, if it is not the fact any longer then excuse me and I will take my words back again.

If you make a search on gfy.com about verotel you will find alot of threads about them and if you look in the old threads you will get alot of background information. There are a few other forums but they are closed for the public, there you can find a lot of information about them.

However, I have never seen any complains about them, of course the regulars but it is no SCAM.

We are a former Multicards merchant, and I would strongly recommend that you beware of this company. Besides their well-published mishandling of chanrgebacks (returning chargebacks without dispute opportunity by the merchant), we caught this company not returning the rollover reserve. The agreement between merchant and Multicards states that a rolling reserve of 10% is kept by Multicards for 6 months. After over a year and countless requests, Multicards has only released a fraction of our reserve. Customer service messages are simply ignored by them. Our conclusion is that this company's financial stability is horrendous, and they are simply not able to pay out $25,000. Obviously this is a huge red flag.

We used Verotel to process recurring payments a few years ago. We were allowed to sell non-adult content, though that may have changed because we have not heard of them for a long time.

Payments were always on time for all the years we used them and none ever bounced.

In the last months of our business relationship with them we started receiving strange requests. According to them, fraud occurred on European direct transfers which they were not aware of. They said we were sent money we were not supposed to. In the end, we were asked to refunded a few thousands.

A couple of other webmasters also complained about this on various forums.

Needless to say we stopped doing business with them at that very moment.

All in all, we were always satisfied with our relationship with Verotel, but in the end it turned out to be very strange.

I am not aware of their current management, but I would use caution if I was you or I would look elsewhere, such as 2000charge.com.

I wish somebody had told me "don't use verotel" some years ago.

Bad support and waiting for a money transfer for years.

No way to recover password if you lose it, you must send lots of emails and faxes but finally there's no answer and you lose your money. Use any other service.

I didn't even know who "Verotel" was until my bank texted me about them trying to charge an old credit card number today. I also found out that they have charged me before. I can absolutely guarantee that I did NOT order or subscribe to anything that warrants the charges on my card.

I did some research & tried to call the customer service number in the Netherlands. No help there. I have found out that several other people in my State have been charged /stolen from recently by them.

This company may have been on the up & up before but they certainly are thieves now.

Any proof of your claim please. I'm sure if they were fraud they would have went out of business for a long time, but I can of course be wrong.

We have seen many former Verotel merchants applying with us during the past months and their feedback on Verotels services were not good at all.

I dont know first hand if what the merchants says is true or not but I guess there would be very little incentive for merchants to leave if they were happy with the services provided.
