Interesting. Mxhub 08-19-2007, 07:35 AM You have to register just to see the pricing? Interesting. Could be too expensive to list them out. :D I prefer ioncube over zend. ImageLeet 08-19-2007, 09:09 AM Hello other option could be http://phpshield.com Tyler 08-19-2007, 09:13 AM You have to register just to see the pricing? Interesting. I think you're going crazy. :D Here (http://www.ioncube.com/sa_encoder.php?page=pricing) are the three stand-alone versions. And here (http://www.ioncube.com/pricing.php) is an example online pricing guide. I would personally suggest ionCube over anything else. But Zend is also supposed to be a good product. I personally think outside of those two, the others are not worth it. I've seen/played some very bad encoders before... bear 08-19-2007, 09:33 AM I think you're going crazy.Possibly. http://www.ioncube.com/purchase.php This was all I'd seen... I would personally suggest ionCube over anything else. But Zend is also supposed to be a good product. I bought a dev version of Zend (not the encoder) some time ago, but the upgrade/renewal price was to steep for me (not doing coding all day) so I stopped paying. I may wind up getting a cheaper program for actual coding or *shudder* learn PHP without the hints and tips... Angadude 08-19-2007, 11:56 AM <<snipped>> i wud suggest some unknown encryption...tht phpshield thing? or if u have a large bandwidth server, you can keep one line of source code in an "include" to the file on ur server, so folks cant "null" it... Olate 08-19-2007, 01:10 PM ionCube is definitely the product to go for - it's got better performance, security, support and a better interface. But Zend Guard is also a good option because it gives your customers a choice between ionCube or Zend builds, which are the most popular options installed onto hosting company servers. phpa 08-21-2007, 07:13 PM i wud suggest some unknown encryption...tht phpshield thing? PHPShield is sourceguardian with a difference name and price (both from Innovica and the same extension to process encoded files). The downside with unknown is that server owners may not trust the server component and so not want to install it. |
