Suggestions? I'm ideally looking for a reseller account with a company with such a feature. Please post here. Emails and PM's also welcome.

I would sure hope they would PM you rather than announcing it in an open forum. PHP should be run in safe mode in a shared environment.

You probably should look into a dedicated box if you really want that. However, if you're reselling, you're going to want PHP to be in safe mode as well...

I just have a number of domains that I want to install various CMS's on to evaluate them for future use. Many of CMS's will not work in safe mode, hence my question.

I have no interest in reselling as a business. The account would be for my use only.

Why can't you run them in safe mode?


You can do almost anything in safe mode, but some things take more work (eg. file uploading).

For just CMSs, you only need scripts and a database. Why won't safe mode work?


BTW, what CMS are we talking about?
