I want to do some advertising for my website << removed >> and i have heard that Google Adwords is one of the best. Has anyone had any experiences of any good advertising methods?

Also how else could i advertise my site without it getting too costly?

Well you could buy banner space on other sites that are related to yours... Or buy text links..

Google Adwords will be great if:

-You have an extremely large advertising budget
-Not expecting immediate ROI
-Looking to increase customer base

Then again, this is from a web hosting company point of view. As for web design and graphical services I can't tell you exactly.

Just be prepared to pay some hefty costs for advertising with google.

I know Microsoft has an advertising program for their Live search. It might be a bit cheaper to get better page rankings, you could potentially check them out.

Another (complementary) option is hosterads.com. It's a new (started this week) CPC advertisement system much like Google's Adwords, but it's aimed at Hosting Companies. Because it's my own website I won't place a complete advertisement here on the forum, but if you need more info you can check out the website or contact me.
