I have a forum, i did it myself with PHP.

but none can change the color of the text, the size, makin bold...ect.

but here in whm, any body can do that..like A

anybody can give me an editor..? (php or javascript)

You can use FCKeditor (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/www.fckeditor.net/), very easy to integrate.

tiny_mce is great fine for us. Easy to customize, integrate
