A while back, I installed cPSupport along with cPanelPro (didn't know at the time that it was relatively obsolete and most of the features were already part of the standard cPanel install).
Now I'm using cPanel 11.10.0-C16448 and I can't seem to uninstall cPSupport. It shows it as uninstalled on the addons section, yet it shows up on users accounts (when they click on it, they get a "The System Admin has not configured this feature yet" error.

Did you uninstall cPanel Pro plugin ?

I'm not sure I know how to do that as I see no option to remove it in WHM (root or reseller to which it claims to be installed). Also: When I try to uninstall cPSupport, it asks if I'm sure, I click yes, then I get the message:
Uninstalling cPanel::Support::cPSupport.0.yaml installation here...
cPAddon cPanel::Support::cPSupport
This is a cPanel packaged module. (v0.2)
That's it, but when I go back to manage cPanel Addon, it's not uninstalled.
I suppose I could go to feature manager and remove the cPSupport link from there, but I was hoping for a more complete removal of it.

Well, there is the Plugins link, did you remove it there ? Try to do a forced update of the WHM, and then try again.

Yeah, cPanel pro shows to be uninstalled in plugins, but cPSupport isn't listed there (it is listed however as a cPanel Addon, which is where I can uninstall it without any success.
I just did a forced update, and now cPanel Addons is reporting "Module Error" next to cPSupport.
