View Full Version : Broken WHMCS order form

https://okihost.com/whmcs/order.php?step=2&pid=10 as you can see my site is mostly integrated into WHMCS. My issue is the person who was integrating it into my site is unable to get it to work with Firefox.

Everything works up to the point where you fill out your infomation and then select what payment method you want.

At this point if you select 'Credit Card' it should drop down and ask you for your card information, if you select 'Paypal' it should pass you on to the Paypal order page but instead when using Firefox it just says thank for for your order leaving me with a half completed order on the admin side of things.

The site works fine in all browsers as far as I can tell and this only seems to be an issue when ordering in WHMCS and at that certain site. Everything else including the helpdesk and client login side of things works fine just not the last part of the order form.

Tried all three different types of order forms, removing side bar, header etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I also got this error on your page when I'm looking at the upgrade and downgrade area.

"
Warning: Division by zero in /home/okihost/public_html/whmcs/clientarea.php on line 0

Warning: Division by zero in /home/okihost/public_html/whmcs/clientarea.php on line 0"

btw. please disregard that fake signup. I was only doing it to take a look at the problem.

Now has it ever worked? I know the single page order form came with the recent update. I would recommend switching to one of the old order forms and see if thats the problem. Best of Luck and sorry I couldn't help much.

Works fine still with the standard template, I had WHMCS do the 'integration' for me and it has not worked since then. So I can go to the default theme and it will work fine just not when using the template around my site.

Me and Matt worked on this for a long long time (he went above and beyond what he should have to help me) and we were unable figure it out.

That code is just because debugging is turned on while I was trying to troubleshoot.

Hmm... Have you tried maybe uploading the order script in binary mode? I know thats a stupid question but sometimes we do forget. I haven't use the one page order yet but I know the old order pages had a few files.

Yes we tried that (a few times) and no such luck. It is definitely something to do with the code from my site I think. Thank you for trying though if you can think of anything else I am more than happy to give it a shot :)

Can anyone recommend a designer that may be able to troubleshoot this for me?

Try downloading the script again from whmcs and take the template page that is acting up and compare it to your template page. You might be able to find the error where a line might have been erased or something on accident.
