That really sucks. I spent 50 dollars on my setup a week ago.

how about dns server, do you ahve to call in to add more domains or you can do it urself?

You can do it yourself directly through the control panel. Both Plesk and Ensim have control panels..

I was just thinking the same, I just went to sign up for one of the Plesk servers and its now got a $49.95 set-up fee... still I'll probably get one anyway (My first dedicated!!)

Strange ...I went to sign up & it is showing US$ 49 as set up fee :confused: :rolleyes: ...I'll wait till they correct the mistake and bring the setup again on 0 set up fee .

well maybe the 11 servers, which where avaiable, are sold out?

5 hours back the site was showing 17 servers available and still its 17 servers ..so where are the 11 servers ??

The special is going on for another about 36 hours.

$0 setup fee will be honored throughout today.

At 12pm EST it is over. but the issue has been fixed on our site.

I just tried to sign up for an IBM/Plesk but it asks for my credit card details, I'd rather use PayPal, which you say you can accept, albeit with a $3 surcharge.

So how do I do this?

You can upgrade to PLESK 5.0 yourself. Upgrades are relatively easy.

Actually we would have nothing to do with the install. Whomever you buy cpanel from would do this for you.

24-48 hours

No servers are setup on the weekends, Those are done on monday.
