ofter upgrading my plesk from 8.1 to 8.2 i can no longer access plesk.Remember i have fedora os..

When i am accesing https://my-ip:8443/
i am getting these errors and i can login to plesk..

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Components::componentUpdate() failed: Unable to exec utility packagemng: Empty error message from utility.

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3:508


anyone can help me sort this error out please..
i am waiting for more than 3 weeks :(

Have you tried contacting your host or Swsoft?

still no response :(

Ummmm, You'd be best to pick up a phone and CALL SwSoft. Their support guys stay maxed out all the time. You need to get your account manager on the line to make something happen.

With waiting 3 weeks I assume this is not a mission critical item anyway. Is that true?

the situation can be considered as critical..
but what can you do if you are a newbie:(
no way out...
only way is to beg for people to help you..

or else you loose all...

SWSoft responds quite quickly in most cases, and is available on the phone, do you have a support contract with them?

all that i have is plesk with a license thanks all.. :(

You obviously need someone to manage your server. There are plenty of good management companies out there that could fix these. We don't offer management like that but if one of my techs couldn't fix it he'd be out of a job. Just to let you know what's considered acceptable in this kind of thing.
