we need a fully managed dedicated server with ffmpeg installed and supported for a client who will allow upload and viewing of videos (there maybe some legal adult content too). other requirements are 500gb space, 2gb ram, 2000-2500gb bandwith.

which providers are good for this purpose?

Did you check the advertising forums? You can find plenty of managed servers there.

Also, if you are putting ffmpeg, I recommend to be atleast dual core or core server with atleast 2GB of ram.

For full managed with the specs you are after, you need to raise your budget by 75-120 USD

Yeah, I agree with utropicmedia-karl.. you need to raise your budget for fully managed server for your requirement..

also "supported for a client" you mean end-user support? If so, you will need to find outsourcing support for your end-user separately, I don't fully managed server service will support your end-user..
