Please try and limit your new threads regarding zdweb. Yes you're having a problem with them, yes you've decided to follow up with the FBI and lawyers rather than contact the parents first, yes you're obviously upset someone is attacking not only you but your client base.

But I simply posted logs "as is" without any claims to WHO hides behind them. In the second "person" that contacted me I don't even (yet) know who he/she/it is.

Sorry for getting into this...but NocSol it's time to realize tha even if you're right, you have damaged your own image and the image of your company, this way. You could always have contacted the moderators and admin here in WHT, and resolve any issue from the beginning and if things were still going wrong, then as a serious business you should have taken immediately legal actions providing to the authorities all the material that proves who is the guy causing you problems. I believe that between you and the other guy, you have to lose more, as yours seem a more established company (don't know exactly but I think). Bringing up all these discussions here and acting the way you did, has not really made you earn something, but maybe revealed some lack of effective actions...to all of us candidate customers or not. I believe that everyone has to leave the others to do their jobs...and the other guy (don't know who he is or if he is really the WHT member you accuse) should let you run your business.

Terrorist & terrorism is a word of fashion, these last months, but I think that it should be used carefully. Thousands of servers receive attacks and it's actually...a thing that always happens sooner or later.

If the hosting companies have a "weapon" to earn customers and good reviews is the proffessionalism...which I haven't seen to your threads really. I would suggest you to do all the actions you believe necessary, but try to keep a low profile in your posting here or everywhere...it doesn't really worth it for a thread in a forum to lose money..time...make enemies.

I hope that this situation between you and the other guy will get resolved soon, as you both seem great members of the WHT.

Just to make a note, I'm not related with any of the 2 parts (NocSol or zdwebhosting), and I note this because these type of threads really make me see the things in another way.

No I am glad that you posted. I value you opinion and agree with you actually.

The reason why I chose THIS way and did not go to the "authorities" right away is that this would have had very bad effects on his family that does not deserve to be disturbed in their peace.

I posted as I wanted to make public who he is and what he does so people know who they are dealing with. The authorites are the last resort IMHO with very severe consequences which I didn't want to expose Zac to... at least not at this point.

I hope we can all get along now!
