do mods respond to support tickets ?

why is it so difficult for a mod to edited two words ?

It's actually 15 minutes, last time I looked. Need an edit to an old post? Ask at the helpdesk by clicking the report button to the right of the one you need edited. We will gladly do reasonable edits, as long as it doesn't affect the continuity of the thread by doing so.

BuyandSwap, can you tell me what forum it was reported in? I'll go have a look and see if I can find a ticket from you. It's uncommon to have any unanswered tickets for very long.

The first tickets which were responded last week i sent was
about deleting the thread but they said the could not delete
the thread.

but im sure that 3 or 4 days ago i sent a new report about
editing a post instead but i got no answer i did say please
twice.

i also sent a few pms to 8 mods my bad.
