Can anyone else access their control panel?? My payment links are down too. Just had 2 emails from folks telling me they can't signup.

We used to use them and still get system status e-mails from them. I believe I say one come in a few days ago that said they would be upgrading there system and the signup links would be down.

They're down again. Downtime has not really been a problem in the last six months (since their previous upgrade/server move). Hopefully the new control panel will be worth it although we'll be moving all non-annual accounts to our merchant account soon.

Bob, this morning I accessed their customer card holder area to cancel a few accounts ;) and I received many time out errors and 500 server errors, looks to be overloaded and points in the day? This was at 8 am PDT

A quick phone call fixed the problem. They didn't mention anything about what was causing the problems..

I'm not surprised the least bit. I've seen them selectively ignore certain questions quite a few times.
