What sort of partner? You are just looking for a random person to team up with you to run a business? Or just some one to split the costs of a dedicated server?

If you are spliting the costs of a dedicated server, just post in the DEDICATED SERVER SPECIAL OFFERS forum, and put you will allow some one 50% of the server with root axs etc..

If you are looking for a complete business partner, post in the JOB OFFERS AND REQUESTS forum, since it is a Job they will be taking on.
