Hi Im from Venezuela, I will open an extension of my website (hosting & internet solutions) for USA Residents at this time I will use the paypal account for receive payment, but Im interesting in a card processor or merchant account.

I was try with 2checkout but me like venezuelan I can not use the 2checkout account for delivery digital content, and almost all card processors require that Im a USA Resident.

Exist Any company that can sell me the merchant account and that not require that Im a US Resident??

A few days ago I saw this page and I thought it was interesting

http://www.merchant-accounts.ca/

Seems like you can get an U.S. Merchant Account for a good price and with good fees.

Maybe you'll want to contact them

Last time i checked, PayPal was going to offer card processing service... Have a look at their website.

Are you going to sell your webhosting solutions only for US residents or do you also targeting customers from other parts of the World ?

Have you spoken to your bank to see if they can offer you an account?

If you have a US bank account, you can sometimes qualify for a US merchant account as well.

As mentioned, check Paypal's website to see what they offer your country to see what might be integrated into your website

Some years ago I have used the service of Planet Payment to get a merchant account from outside USA. You can check if they are still on business.

It is possible to get a good merchant account and processing services without a US bank account too. You don't have to be the resident of US. Also depends on your business.
