What's the URL of your site? Also, where is the server located? Maybe some other info like upgrade price?

The server is located at Exodus in Jersey City, NJ. The NOC is staffed around the clock so someone will always be around in case you are having troubles. If you would like an IP to traceroute, PM me.
So far upgrades have been uncommon; the servers offered are top notch and customers have yet to find something to be improved upon. I will check the price list and post the prices tomorrow.

Does Exodus have a high uptime rate. I have bad experiences in the past with poor downtimes.
And another thing.... This is windows hosting? Or freebsd?

well it states FreeBSD, so how do you came to the conclusion it could be Windows ?

exodus.net, now cw.net. we use them at work, and we basically _never_ have issues w/ them.
