I run a site *cough*data4sale*cough* that offers well, data for sale. I need to completly redesign the site, but I am not sure how I want to do this yet.

I have been really thinking I want to code my own custom solution, but then, it will take time, and I will actually have to motivate myself to do it after a long days work. But I would be able to make the site exactly the way I want it.

The other option is find a free or really cheap script that does what I want which is:

Only digital downloads

Designed like a shopping cart

Allows for multiple different downloads with a single purchase(for example, 2 different file types for the same data, you are allowed to download both)

Allow those different file types above, so that you can price one a little higher, but then still give the user all the other downloads as well.

Half way easy to template

I was hoping somebody here knew of a magical script that does what I want, so I can get my site redesign done sooner.

I'm in much the same boat as you, except I can't program a whit :) LOL... I had pretty much resigned myself to selling through 1shoppingcart (http://www.1shoppingcart.com/) or Clickbank (http://www.clickbank.com/index.html). And I'm not excited about either prospect; I would much rather run the system 100% on my own server!

So, needless to say I will be watching this thread and hoping for good news for us both!! :)

Yeah, I was thinking, I wonder if I should develop a application like this, and then market it.

It looks like there may be a market for it, but I will wait and see, because if I can find a script that is worthy, I will be very happy.

I've used CubeCart shopping cart for down loadable goods before and was pretty simple to set up.

That is what I am using now, but does not really have the features I want.
