I think you're pretty much out of luck there. WebHost Manager doesn't have a way to run a command. You'll have to get your dedicated server provider to boot your server with a boot disk/CD and mount the hard drive to change the mode back. Hopefully, you're not with RackShack, or you're really out of luck then.
