Hello, Guys!

I have searched this forum for IPPRO and WEBRESELLER and found that their support are bad... But what you mean?
Anyone have dedicated server with them? I want to know more about connection speed and server hardware... Any hidden costs at IPPRO/WEBRESELLER?

(Tomorrow last day of $250/mo special and I plan to purchase... Please help me.)

Yuri.

well, i dont think they have their own noc but from what i remember, they are on the alabanza network. so unless alabanza allows reselling of ded servers, then i dunno. their support sucked big time. i always go run around answers, sometime, never even answered.

They told me:

-----
NO, Alabanza is another service that is offered for our reseller accounts. You will be on our other network that has a Dual OC4b Backbone.
-----

What you think about it?

Yuri.

ask them which noc your server will be located in and who are the backbone carriers. when i had a reseller account, it was on a alabanza server which was quite fast. but all alabanza servers are like that.

I have been dealing with webreseller.net for quite some time and have been VERY happy with them.. They have always gone out of the way for me with no charges for smaller questions.. I have no personal gain out of this I just dont like it when I hear things about ANY company that is obviously just a person venting for no reason.
