Anybody know where to find some generic TOS copy for a web host and / or a site designer? Actually, any generic business forms like privacy policies and the like that I could use would be a huge help.
Thanks!

This is one thing I find amazing about this site. Many aspiring and some very established webhosting business owners here, and everyone is so willing to help out possible competition :) What other market can you find such great people

Is it just me, or does everyone have the same TOS:

http://www.host911.net/info/911terms.shtml
http://www.serverpro.com/tos.htm
http://www.pulsehost.com/terms/tos.php
http://innerweb.ca/tos.html
http://www.eperfect.net/tos/tos.shtml
http://www.wh2.net/terms.html
http://www.faststop.com/etc/service_agreement.html
http://www.reliablehosting.com/terms.htm
http://www.jarvisgroup.net/hosting/?tos

There were plenty more - just do a google search.
Is there some sort of legal form repository that everyone obtains their documents from?

When I was a customer of OLM they were the same way. They didn't care, if I copied it. Everyone, has almost the exact same one.

Any ISPs out there that I can copy their TOS agreement? I would make revisions that will fit my company, though. Thanks.
