Does anyone have any experience moving from Alabanza to H-Sphere? What are the similarities and differences -- adv. and disadv? If H-Sphere would not be the best changeover .. do you have any suggestions?

IntraHost 07-24-2002, 04:27 PM Used alabanza about 2 years ago, maybe they're better now, but I didn't like them when I was with them. Everyday 07-24-2002, 10:22 PM I do know that psoft will help you with any migration. They have a cpanel migration script and are working on one for ensim and plesk. They helped us out tremendously. WiseOnline 07-25-2002, 12:19 AM I only love cpanel ;) I reccomend it to anyone, even my blind next door neighbor who doesn't know jack about hosting. :X jimnance452 07-25-2002, 10:36 AM what kind of billing systems do people use with Cpanel? and can you integrate them with Cpanel? WiseOnline 07-25-2002, 10:38 AM I like do billing separate and by hand with Ubersmith, just to make sure the money is coming in right. If you know what I mean. Atleast I hope, I have alot of bills, hehe :) Incognito 07-29-2002, 01:38 PM Apples and oranges....and I'm allergic to oranges.... Alabanza's management system/control panel is a very nice product, but I will not ever use a product that limits me to a single provider. And, yes, Alabanza will now sell it for use outside their data center, but not at a reasonable price. On the other hand, HSphere is a solid product which can be used on multiple platforms and used regardless of your provider. Haha, they don't sell it for a reasonable fee inside their DC nevermind outside. Using Alabanza was the biggest mistake we ever made when we started out. |
