Pardon me for being so up front, but your advertisement methods seem sketchy at best.

You're offering these plans as low as $2.99 per month IF you pay annually otherwise the price jumps up. Frankly, the extra dollar or two is not the issue it's the way you go about selling it.

Pardon me for being so up front, but your advertisement methods seem sketchy at best.

You're offering these plans as low as $2.99 per month IF you pay annually otherwise the price jumps up. Frankly, the extra dollar or two is not the issue it's the way you go about selling it.

Cirtex has cheap prices but you get what you pay for. I tried one of their hosting plans but the support staff didn't seem very knowledgable and often would end the chat window saying submit a ticket without warning. No "have a nice day",anything else I can hlep you with"...nothing.

I recently signd up with their affliate program but when I went to log in to my account it kept saying wrong password,reset it...over and over. :confused:

@warden, please offer us a domain you own that you've had hosted there for the time period you said, so we can verify your claim. That could easily remove all doubt. If you don't want to do so publicly, simply report your own post and give it to us in the helpdesk.

I joined cirtex like 3 weeks ago, due to this offer but I have been unable of reaching my cpanel for 3 days in a row now, awstats has never worked properly with two of my three domains that I have with cirtex, I have sent like 10 emails (on every one or two different days, with no response from cirtex) explaining these two issues and (also in different days with no response what so ever) sent like 5 tickets on their help desk, in which I don't seem to be registered (no matter what I do I cant get to be registered at the helpdesk); also I havent been able of registering to their forum, although I have tried to join.

I havent gotten any response from cirtex.

So I am posting here as a last resource, ***I need to get to my cpanel!***

I'm interested in switching away from 1&1 (they actually hung up on me when I called their Technical Support). Your offers look very tempting. I don't need a lot of bandwidith or space, so the $3 plan would work for me. However, after signing up for a 6-month contract with 1&1 and being displeased, I'm wary when it comes to such a commitment now.

Therefore, my question to you is there any possibility that a potential customer like myself would be able to buy the $3 plan without making such a commitment?

EDIT: I forgot to ask what your maximum execution time is. With phpBB3, I cannot restore or backup the database without getting an error 500. I know this is because 1&1 has an extremely short execution time, but I'm looking for a host without such limitations.
