View Full Version : Posting A Complaint - Guidelines?

Hi All,

I'd like to post a complaint about a specific hosting company - both to keep the community informed and in the hopes that I might actually get a response from them.

However, before I do, I wanted to inquire to see if there are any guidelines or rules for these types of posts. I read the "Rules" linked to above, but couldn't find anything specific to this in there.

If one of the moderators could step in and fill me in, it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Darryl Ballantyne

Nope, actually there are ammendments to the rule, when you are going to complaign. Such as being able to cuss, be very rude, and spam the board with info on this host! Good luck

Based on this reply and my browsing through other complaint threads...time to post away.

I saw your complaint, and it's exactly the way I would have done it - stick to the facts, don't swear or get emotional, and lay off the caps lock key.

Good luck.
