Hey there everyone, I'd just like to share my pleasant experience with TrexHost.com. As a webhost struggling to get established, I was in high demands of good support, prices, and features, and TrexHost.com met all of those needs. Originally I signed up and was planning on "Reselling" resellers, however, it was quite a hassle when it came to support issues and such, so 2 weeks ago, I decided to end that program, and just offer shared hosting for now. Upon ordering, I talked with James about my situation, he was quite helpful, and gave me a free reseller, because I ordered 6 others. :D My resellers were setup within minutes, next came the issue of transferring over the websites, all in all close to 100 sites. TrexHost gave requested the info, and 2 days later, all of my sites were transffered over into there appropriate resellers. All in all, I would have to say it is Trex Hosts excellent customer support + friendly staff that give this company its reputation. James, the owner, isn't only my host, he has grown to be a friend. The fact that Trex aims to gain a relationship with its customers is really great. Uptime has been perfect, and now that all the Kayako bugs are sorted out, support will surely be supreme, not that it ever wasn't. The TrexHost community(forums) have been growing rapidly recently, and the forums aren't strictly hosting related! Theres a lounge, intro section, you really get to know who your dealing with! I must say :agree::agree: to James and the rest of the Trex Crew, Job well done!
