I noticed you listed an AVS code (and only 2 digits of the CC information).

I have 2 issues here:
1.) I don't think there is such a thing as an AVS code -- I believe each gateway uses a fairly proprietary system of returning status. If you mean the 'CVS' or 'CCV2' or 'Card Verification number' -- I sure hope to God you didn't store that number on your servers, it violates any merchant agreement I've ever seen.

2.) Are you allowed to display ANY customer information obtained for a credit card transaction to ANYbody else other than the customer, the originating bank, or your merchant processor? This seems like a violation of privacy.

Just a thought ...

Dan

microsol,

I understand this is a frustrating problem. Does your TOS allow you to make billing information public about a customer?

I'm not trying to bash you or anything on this. I just dont want to see this go to far and you have any problems resulting from it.

Mr/Mrs ricardo budiarto "was" not "is" a customer (I would hope so anyway). I think a ToS/Privacy Policy is aimed more towards the company selling/abusing the information then making it public when the "customer" tries to scam the host. In this case, the customer would have broken the ToS/Privacy Policy anyway and as a result, got posted here. :D

Last I heard, you get in big trouble posting information of clients especially their CC. Isn't good for those "potential" clients. They might wonder what will happen to them if they leave your company once they signup and problems occur, or time passes.

No bashing just friendly thoughts :)

There would never ever be a problem for "REAL" clients. It's only going to happen to fraudsters, child porn distributors , hackers and "free riders".

He could have cancelt within our money back guarantee but not 3-4 month later just charging back after having received the service(I believe the card is fake anyway, if it's not, no problem, there is not much information in my first post, just enough for other people to compare).
