hi do you own the servers and where are they located?
if an extra drive is installed can you do raid 1?

Hi Rick,
Yes we own all of our equipment which is located at Blue Square Data in Maidenhead. Raid 1 is possible if you add an extra hard drive but we will not be able to offer instant setup if you are looking at the AMD server.

ok sounds good, how many ips do you get and how much are extra? i need about 10. Do you get a remote reboot port? is support 24 hour?

We can include 10ip's with the server and then the pricing would depend on how many IP's you require as to the pricing. We currently do not include remote reboot ports but we have plans to install them over the coming month or so. Support is not advertised as 24hours but we always have a technician on call and most hours are covered by our basic ticketing system.
