Those prices are only for internal licenses, aka, you have to host with them. They cant sell those licenses for external use. The cheapest your going to find external pricing (lease wise) is at maybe $10 or $11.

Yes, that´s true! The prices varies from internal to external uses.

You can check Jewlzk.com. I have 4 licenses with them. They´re WHMCS resellers.

www.whmcslicenses.com is the single biggest reseller that i know of, and i used them when i needed WHMCS.
If you need cheap, in the long term, it pays to get owned ones, as after X months, you actually save from them... amazingly. =D

Well you certainly don't get external licenses for that cheap, I'll tell you that. Those are prices only for hosting clients.
