I have been looking around for some time for an outsourced solution that does win2k3/IIS6 and HELM support and have only found two 24x7outsourcedsupport.com and bobcares.com .. both look ok but I can really find any recent reviews or info about them.

Has anyone used them for windows admin? if so..are they any good? does any one trust them? I have put the last 5 years of my life into my business and want to make sure it won't be tanked or stolen by some amature or crook of some sort.

I have some dedicated clients w/ no control panel and some shared hosting w/ HELM... so I need a company that can do both server admin and shared hosting admin.

I've had experience with Bobcares.
Only used them once for Windows work. Had them help with a VPS Custom Plesk install and securing the box. They did a great job! :)
