Sure, just like saburovo, but these guys charge higher and are not upfront about it! (That is assuming they are reselling for rackshack! Which Im quite confident of BTW :D )

One question...Who cares if they are reselling for Rackshack?
Huh? Someone might! Im sure you've seen some requests for dedicated servers that came with an explicit warning "No Rackshack!"
BTW, not bashing anyone here, I got a few boxes at RS myself! :D

But this is an advertising forum. I guess my point is, why do we care if he resells for me, Rackshack or anyone else?
OK, I think I get your point! You think I was trying to bash him or pull him up?
Well my initial post was to answer the questions asked by BiGWill
which providers are in the mix there?
can you provide any ip to ping and maybe a file for speed testing?
thanks.

Actually it does matter. Rackshack doesn't allow transfer of ownership, and they don't deal with anyone except the server owner. So every support/reboot tickets will have to go through the reseller.
I remember a few weeks ago there was an issue on sharing rackshack server, where the main owner left for vacation, and his partner was screwed because the box was down. (because rackshack wouldn't reboot it for him, since he wasn't "officially listed")
To make a comparison, saburovo explicit claims that they resell rackshack server, and also (from what I read), have 3 people around the world to relay support tickets.
I don't mean to say this will be a problem for energyball. I think he just need to address that. This isn't flamming; we are all potential clients here, and I think that's a fair question to ask.
