Hi,
Were a rapidly growing web development / hosting firm and we are looking for an individual(s) to do contract work on site design and perhaps some print work.
We are well stocked with Jr. designers that handle simple, straightforward sites. However, what I'm looking for here is a person that can create stuff that is a cut above the rest, beyond simple functionality.
HTML skills etc. are not required, a pure "designer" will be fine, as long as you have strong layout / creative skills.
A portfolio of some sort is a must.
Flash skills would be a definite asset!
