I'm using google adsense, i don't know if what i'm earning is fine.

i earn about $200 a month with 1 000 000 pages views.

how much do you earn every month..?

Wrong section to start, But $200 does sound a bit low but I wouldnt complain at that

Yeah, that's a very low click-thru rate. Last month mine was $226 on 330,000 page views.

I get about 37 bucks a day on 40k worth of views.

A bit off topic, but about adsense ...

You should be careful not to put all your eggs in the adsense basket as a lot of people are seing their accounts banned/suspended due to invalid click activity.

If this happens, regardless of this being your fault or not, you don't want to be left without an income

Ya, same thing happened here, I recommend having alternitives ready, and don't put your ads on others websites, thats a recipe for diaster, (e.g. your client's websites)

I use a blend of 3 different advertising types on my sites (i don't advertise on my hosting site)

I use adsense, www.text-link-ads.com and www.kontera.com

It definitely works with kontera. If you can stomach content text link ads. it usually comes in right around the same as adsense for me. Sometimes a little higher.

Text link ads is a unique one. The nice thing is, the text links do not show up on your site unless they purchase, and it didn't take long to start getting purchases for me.

...almost 1000 clicks, so about 0.3% and about 20c a click

I find it too low. You must optimize a little bit. With 1 M pages views, you should almost earn your living from this website.

The low click through rate, or the low earnings per click, could be due to any number of reasons. We won't be able to identify these reasons unless you show us the site in question.

Maybe you're ads are below the fold of an average screen resolution, so only those people who scroll down see the adverts.

Maybe they are not integrated in to your Web site as well as they could be.

Maybe there is a better location on each page where the adverts could be positioned.

Maybe your adverts are for a low paying niche (Each advert on Google Adsense pays its publisher differently).

If you can show us your site, we may be able to identify some problems and give you some advice.

The key to Adsense is to play. Trial and error. Trial and measure. Trial different formats. Different positions. Different ad channels. Different colors. Different amount of adverts per page. Then identify your errors by measuring the results, and then use the overall format that performed best for your Web site.
