Hi people!

I have one question about Directi (resellerclub) and my future customers.
I think is a bit stupid but i donīt know the answer :-)
If i use my own account of resellerclub and their API, Who have the ability to change DNS or other data? Customers or me? Who appears as Administrative contact?

My plan is to use their API, so my future costumers will be able to buy a domain with hosting packages.

Thank you :-)

1. Your customers/resellers will have all the priviliges, and you too because you are the admin of account.

2.Contacts can be edited/filled in whatever admin/customer like. privacy is also free with resellerclub.

3. A lot of billing systems use resellerclub API, ex. awbs, whmcs.

When using the API you can put all domains in one customer account and only have domain contacts maintained by the API for the customers. This way you make sure modications don't start from 2 sides.

Hi,

If you are providing control panel to your customer then anyone (either customer or you) can change the details.
Administrative contact could be of your customer if you wish to give.

Over all you will be admin of the account.

Hi,
I think resellerclub charge them for using their API.

I think its against Directi's TOS to put all domains under one customer account. Its really easy to create multiple customers and put domains under their proper accounts. Their API is also easy to integrate with any custom system, or you can do it yourself.
