we have a reseller account with almost 200 domains on it,

and i have a sub account on the reseller account,

some days before,i find the sub account can not been login,

i try to use the reseller accout to log in,but i failed.

i try to contact enom from ticket system via the reseller account,

( because my sub account been suspended and i have no way to use any service from the account.)

and they ask me mail to accountsecurity@enom.com, and i do it,

some days passed, i do not got any replay from them to check my sub account.

i try to re-mail them many times but no response,

and i repost my question on the ticket of the reseller account,

they do not do any response, too.

their service is so sad to me,

because i am not sure when my account has been suspended by then and why it is!

and i try to contact them but do not got any response,

how can i do this?

is any staff of enom can help me?

thanks a lot.

You might still trying giving them a call. Alot of companies can tolerate the not so good English speaking folk :)

I'm pretty sure that if you call them, just explain to them that your English isn't the best, and they'll work with you.

Agreed with Tyler.
If you talk like you write, I don't think you're going to have a major problem with communication :D

enom is a big registrar. I don't think they will be gone out of business. Probably some planned maintenance.

enom have had maintenance recently, which made www.enom.com
unavailable - with a page explaining that

if your problem still continues, then calling them is a must - they'll cope with the language barrier just fine.

normally an account would be suspended if there are a lot of fraudulent transactions, but they'll explain all that if its the case in this situation.

You should also be sure to contact your "parent" reseller. (The person who gave your reseller account to you.)

They are responsible for providing "first level" support to you, and perhaps they can assist you by calling eNom on your behalf.
