Anyone upgraded to the latest version of Kayako and LiveResponse? The last 2 upgrades I did were troublesome. Wondering if anyone is using the latest stable Kayako 3.11.0 with LiveResponse 3.1.1.36 and if you are noticing any issues?

Hoping to get a more stable live chat. Currently live chat is a little flaky (sometimes cutting off customers, or all the sudden going into a 1-way mode).

I have not seen any threads over at the Kayako forums that would suggest any major trouble. But I'd like to get some less-biased feedback from the hosting community ;)
