for me it means Domain (Renewal) Fee + 15eur/year ...

I'd rather use a free DNS service, there are some out there...
www.editdns.net (http://www.editdns.net), www.xname.org (http://www.xname.org), www.everydns.net (http://www.everydns.net), and so on... all free and they work...
